Bray92 Series Direct Drive and 93 Series Spring Return Pneumatic Actuators incorporate design elements of form, strength, compactness, and simplicity in their production.

Superior design and precision manufacturing produce a modular product line, reducing overall size requirements and saving costs. Additionally, all Bray accessories are fully modular and can be directly installed onto the actuator, reducing costs and offering flexibility and efficiency.

Bray92/93 Series actuators are rack and gear opposed piston actuators, available in two versions: double-acting with 90°, 135°, and 180° rotation, and spring return with 90° rotation.

The 92/93 Series actuators are primarily designed for pneumatic operation, with a maximum pressure of up to 140 psig (10 bar) and a temperature range of -4°F to 200°F (-20°C to 93°C). For details on applications with higher or lower temperatures, consult the manufacturer.

All double-acting and spring return devices are suitable for on/off and flow control applications. As an option, actuators driven by other media (such as hydraulic oil or water) are also available.

The 92/93 Series is fully enclosed and self-contained. Its various features reduce maintenance, making disassembly and installation safer and more straightforward.

Direct Mounting

Bray actuators comply with ISO 5211 dimensional standards and can be directly mounted on Bray valves without the need for external connections. On-site installation is simple, minimizing misalignment and reducing the accumulation of contaminants between the valve and actuator.
